I'm Dr. Geoff Gamble, a chiropractor with a deep passion for running and a special interest in helping athletes overcome running injuries. As an ultra distance runner and UESCA Certified Ultrarunning Coach, I understand both the physical and mental challenges that come with the sport, and I am dedicated to providing a science informed approach to coaching.
My journey in running started many years ago as a track athlete. I competed at the national level until an injury sidelined my "career". At the time I was pursuing advancement as a soccer official and eventually worked my way into the professional ranks where I still officiate as a Video Match Official in Major League Soccer. I came off the field in 2018 and it was then that I discovered the joy of pushing my limits and exploring new distances on the trails. I have completed events ranging from 5km to 100 miles.
My coaching philosophy revolves around a holistic approach to running and training. I believe that optimal performance requires a scientific approach to training as well as a focus on the intangible qualities of grit and determination. With this is mind, I work closely with my clients to develop personalized training plans, focusing not only on running fitness but also mental resilience, nutrition, and recovery strategies.
Whether you are a beginner aiming to complete your first 5k or an experienced runner striving for a new personal record, I am here to support and guide you on your running journey. Together, we will work towards your goals and help you reach your full potential as a runner. I am excited to be part of your running success story and look forward to embarking on this journey with you.
I'm Heidi, a busy mom, business professional, experienced ultra runner and advocate for all things trail running. I've been a UESCA Certified Ultrarunning Coach since 2021, and have loved the process of helping many athletes reach their goals and gain a sense of confidence and accomplishment through the power of running.
I've learned to juggle the daily demands that come with being a working mom, coach and ultra athlete - which took some time to master! My husband and I also own a running store where we open our doors as a running community hub, and enjoy sourcing new and innovative gear to meet the needs of our athletes.
My coaching philosophy is that it's all about the journey. There's no straight and narrow path to success. What's important is that we keep driving forward, navigating and adapting along the way. I want everyone to know that they can do hard things, and I'd love to work with you and atch you crush those goals!
In his day-to-day life, Jeff wears a lot of different hats. He is a father/step-father to six children, husband to a very supportive wife and fellow ultramarathon athlete, school teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience, Race Director at Happy Trails Racing, and is a UESCA certified Ultramarathon Coach.
Jeff continues to be an active participant in ultramarathon races and loves to compete in local races as well as events around the world. With well over 150 races under his belt, Jeff has completed approximately 25 marathons and somewhere in the range of 75 ultramarathons.
Although he enjoys racing everything from 5k road races to challenging mountain ultras, he has been primarily focusing on 100 mile races for the past several years and has completed the 100 mile distance over 20 times to date.
As an Ultramarathon Coach, I use proven research-based methods to help athletes become stronger, more confident, and well-rounded runners who are ready to face the obstacles that they are challenged with in order to meet their goals.
I'm Bethany, running store manager, UESCA Ultrarunning Coach, perpetual student, mother to four human kids, dog mom to one, and married for almost 25 years to a great guy/friend/runner/crew/pacer.
Trail running has been my passion since I discovered it as a new runner, and I fell in love with the challenge and community while racing everything from 5k's to 100 milers. Driven by a desire to see more women involved in trail running, I founded one of the first Trail Sisters chapters in Canada, and training with/crewing for my Trail Sisters as they conquered their big/scary goals is what started my journey into coaching.
My coaching philosophy is to keep it simple, research-based, fun, and centered around you as an individual. You are more than just a runner; your life challenges and schedule are unique, and your training should reflect that. I believe in establishing clear communication so that you can train with confidence - bring on the questions! Whether you're new to the scene and curious about training for your first trail race, or a seasoned runner looking to improve your performance, I'd love to help you write the next chapter of your running story.
I'm Steve, a career firefighter, ultrarunner, lover of the outdoors, UESCA Certified Ultrarunning Coach, and proud founder of Trailblazer Run Coaching.
As a lifelong multi-sport athlete, I didn't pursue running until my early 30's. Like many, I began my running journey on the road with a local run club. It wasn't until I discovered trail running that the stars seemed to align and my passion evolved. I found a community of inspiring and like-minded individuals who enjoy exploring the outdoors and challenging perceived limitations. These are the conditions where I thrive.
I have participated in events ranging from 5 km to 100 miles. As a coach, and someone captivated by the sport, continuing education is extremely important to me so that I am able to provide you with the most relevant and up to date information.
I'm passionate about utilizing my knowledge and experience to help others reach their full potential and achieve their running goals. Whether you are a new or experienced athlete, your training plan will be customized to your specific ever-changing needs. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals!
